| To place an order for our french greeting cards click here or on the card ranges link to the left and browse our categories. To purchase the cards simply click the 'add to basket' button underneath each card. Your payment will be securely processed using PayPal. If you experience any difficulties when placing an order, please contact us on sales@arts-et-cartes.com If you would like to pay with a cheque, please e-mail us at the above address with your choice of cards and we will calculate the postage and send you an invoice. Below is a general guide to postage & packing. All orders are sent out in hardbacked envelopes or protected with suitable packaging. We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible but please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery within Europe and up to 28 days worldwide. |

| Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 14 days of the sale, you can return the goods and we will give you a full refund for the price of the goods (P&P excluded). If the goods were delivered faulty or the wrong goods were delivered, we will refund the cost of the goods plus the return postage. All products must be carefully repackaged in their original packing or suitable protective packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. |
